The Quarry Wood Portfolio is a set of 4 prime industrial estates located on the Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, Aylesford, Kent.
Working on behalf of Aviva Investors, Clay Street instructed us to design and project manage the full marketing cycle. The resulting campaign consisted of 4 separate brochures/interactive pdfs, alongside group summary documentation allowing the portfolio to be brought to market as a single investment, alongside the individual estates as required.
The following email and direct marketing campaign resulted in numerous offers well in excess of asking price for the full portfolio leading to a swift and successful completion of sale.
