Innside Birmingham was a unique opportunity to forward fund the INNSIDE Birmingham Hotel pre-let on a long lease, prominently located at the corner of Broad Street and Sheepcote Street close to the International Convention Centre, Barclaycard Arena and Brindley Place in the prime leisure and hotel pitch.
With the developer and construction contracts in place and planning permission granted, Diablo were tasked with running a full marketing campaign to locate a purchaser to enter into a full forward funding agreement before work onsite could begin. The resulting campaign brochures and email marketing successfully brought multiple bids to the table. The site has since been refocussed for residential development culminating in the successful construction of The Bank, Birmingham.
