The Booker Portfolio was a collection of three extremely well-let cash & carry warehouse investments, located in Derby, Sidcup and Chester brought to market by BCM Real Estate on behalf of Aviva Investors.
Invited to handle the full design and marketing for the portfolio, Diablo oversaw the complete lifecycle of the campaign from initial internal/external and drone/aerial photography through to the design of three detailed sales particulars. Incorporating extensive demographic data research and a multitude of mapping and infographic development, the resulting campaign succeeded in generating multiple offers well above asking price for all three properties.
