The Booker Portfolio comprised three well-let cash & carry warehouse investments located in Derby, Sidcup and Chester, brought to market by BCM Real Estate on behalf of Aviva Investors. Diablo delivered interactive PDFs, brochure design, photography, illustration, map design, and infographics. The output was designed to present multi-asset information consistently, combining strong document structure with original visual content (maps, graphics and imagery) to support portfolio-level review and marketing circulation.
