3–5 Ives Street is a contemporary freehold office building located in one of London’s most desirable commercial neighbourhoods. Working with Joiner Cummings, we produced an interactive PDF, campaign materials, infographics and mapping to support the sale of the asset. The focus was on presenting a well-designed, flexible building with a strong covenant and clear future options, while clearly communicating location, amenity and investment context for both investors and owner occupiers.
